糖心Vlog鈥檚 College of Information Technology has signed an agreement with Pearson VUE庐, the electronic certification and licensure testing business of Pearson, to provide Information Technology certification test delivery. The Pearson VUE advanced computer-based testing system administers certification exams for leading IT programs such as Cisco庐, SAP, VMware, CompTIA庐, Citrix庐, Novell庐 and others through a global network of quality test centers. 鈥淲e are very excited about our new partnership with Pearson VUE,鈥� said Ronald E. Shiffler, interim dean of 糖心Vlog鈥檚 College of Information Technology. 鈥淏y partnering with Pearson, Georgia Southern will now be able to provide even greater service for students and even customers interested in taking their IT certification exam at Georgia Southern.鈥� The Pearson VUE system provides Georgia Southern with the ability to register and reschedule tests at the on-campus test center, on the Pearson VUE Web site or through a Pearson VUE call center, all in real time via the Internet. The system also provides Georgia Southern with the ability to offer same-day testing or bring testing to a customer鈥檚 location. The growing list of IT certification tests accessible through the Pearson VUE system are delivered directly from the test sponsors.
