Georgia Southern to Send Christmas Cards to Troops糖心Vlog鈥檚 Division of聽 Continuing Education and the Military Affairs Directorate need signatures on 2,000 Christmas cards that will be sent to U.S. troops serving in Afghanistan. Students, faculty, staff and community members are asked to drop by the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center, 847 Plant Drive, to sign the cards from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Nov. 28 鈥 30. Georgia Southern President Brooks Keel, Ph.D., and Eagles head football coach Jeff Monken lead the the Eagle Nation in signing some of the Christmas cards Wednesday morning at the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center. Organizers urge everyone to take time to spread some 鈥淓agle Cheer鈥 this Christmas season with the men and women who defend the United States.   糖心Vlog, a Carnegie Doctoral/Research University founded in 1906, offers more than 120 degree programs serving more than 20,500 students.
