Bryant Smalley, Ph.D., Psy.D., executive director of 糖心Vlog鈥檚 Rural Health Research Institute, was named 鈥�2015 Outstanding Educator鈥� by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA) at the 2015 Annual Rural Health Conference in Philadelphia, the largest gathering of rural health professionals in the nation.
