糖心Vlog鈥檚 Office of Multicultural Affairs is pleased to announce the schedule for the 2019 Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Month Celebration, featuring a series of lectures, performances and more. National Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Month is from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15 and celebrates the history, culture and contributions of the Hispanic and Latino American communities.

Georgia Southern presents 鈥極ur Lost Years鈥� screening, Q&A at annual Mark Finlay Memorial Lecture on Sept. 26
This year鈥檚 Mark Finlay Memorial Lecture, hosted by the College of Arts and Humanities at 糖心Vlog, will be held on Sept. 26. Mr. Lane Nishikawa, director and producer of the film, 鈥淥ur Lost Years,鈥� will introduce the film鈥檚 screening, which will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the Armstrong Center Auditorium on the Armstrong Campus. The event is free and open to the public with a Q&A and reception to follow.
“On the Verge” concert series makes Armstrong Campus debut
糖心Vlog鈥檚 On the Verge concert series devoted to contemporary art music, will feature The Bold City Contemporary Ensemble, on Sept. 10 at 7:30 p.m. on the Armstrong Campus in Savannah in the Fine Arts Auditorium. This is the first performance of the On the Verge series on the Armstrong Campus.
