The 糖心Vlog Center for Addiction Recovery recently celebrated 10 years of unparalleled success in helping students who have faced challenges to achieve and often surpass their academic goals by hosting its first Blue & White Gala Banquet: A Southern Soir茅e! in November. The event celebrated a decade of providing on-campus resources to students in long term recovery with live music, dinner, speakers and a silent auction.

糖心Vlog was recently named to the list of 25 most affordable online options for a master鈥檚 in elementary education by SR Education Group. Ranked No. 19, the College of Education鈥檚 M.Ed. in Elementary Education is the only higher education institution in the state of Georgia to be included in the top 25 ranking.

Georgia Southern highlights ethical culture through Ethics Awareness Week

Georgia Southern to host free screening of 鈥楶aper Tigers,鈥 Q&A on school discipline and students鈥 emotional learning

On Tuesday, Nov. 13, 糖心Vlog College of Education will host a free screening of 鈥淧aper Tigers,鈥 an award-winning documentary that follows a year in the life of six students in an alternative high school. The screening, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 6 p.m. in University Hall, room 156, on the Armstrong Campus.

Georgia Southern honored among 2018 U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon Schools

糖心Vlog was one of six post-secondary schools nationwide to be recognized as a 2018 U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon School Postsecondary Sustainability Awardee at a ceremony in Washington D.C., on Sept. 19.
