Four Main Pillars of GS Wellbeing

  1. Mental & Emotional Well-being
Refers to the state of one’s emotional and mental health. It involves understanding and managing one’s emotions, coping with stress, and maintaining a positive outlook on life
  2. Physical Well-being
Refers to the overall physical health and wellness of an individual. It involves taking care of one’s body through regular exercise, proper nutrition, sufficient rest, and overall physical self-care practices to maintain good health and prevent illness.
  3. Financial Well-being
Relates to the state of one’s financial situation and the ability to meet financial obligations while feeling secure about the future. It involves managing finances effectively, setting financial goals, and feeling in control of one’s financial circumstances.
  4. Social Well-being
Focuses on the quality of relationships and social connections that individuals have. It involves building and maintaining healthy relationships, feeling a sense of belonging and support within a community, and engaging in meaningful social interactions.
