The University System of Georgia HR Portal (OneUSG Connect) is a comprehensive system implemented across all University System of Georgia (USG) institutions, including ÌÇÐÄVlog, to streamline and integrate key human resources functions. This comprehensive platform allows you to manage essential employment functions including:
- Viewing and updating personal information
- Managing time and attendance
- Requesting and tracking leave
- Accessing pay information and tax documents
- Managing benefits enrollment
- Viewing employment details
Accessible through Single Sign-On (SSO) with Georgia Southern credentials, OneUSG Connect eliminates the need for additional login information and provides a seamless experience. Its mobile-friendly design enables users to conveniently submit and approve absences from any device, offering a flexible and modern solution for HR management while being centrally managed by USG to support institutional needs.
To access OneUSG Connect after your first day of employment, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to .
- Login with your Georgia Southern email and password.
- If it is your first time logging in, click on and fill out the form.
- Click the OneUSG Connect link located in the Popular Links section on the left or the Human Resources tile on the bottom left.
Tip: you can also search all of the resources in MyGS by utilizing the search bar at the top of the screen. - Check the box next to ‘Remember my choice’ on the top left.
- Click the Georgia Southern logo in the middle.
- You should now see a page with multiple tiles. This is the Employee Self Service area of OneUSG. For more information about these tiles see the section below.
- To switch between the different sections, click on the dropdown on the top left or click on the arrows on the top right.
