About Savannah Browse
糖心Vlog invites local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and campus departments to take part in the Spring 2025 Savannah Browse on the Armstrong Campus. This popular tabling event is your chance to:
- Share your services, products, or programming
- Connect directly with students, faculty, and staff
- Build awareness with both new and returning students through聽fun, engaging, and interactive booths
If you鈥檙e looking to expand your visibility on campus, Savannah Browse is a great way to meet your audience face-to-face.
Registration Details
- Applications are now open!
- Registration deadline:聽Tuesday, January 14 at 5:00 PM (or until capacity is reached)
- There is聽no registration fee聽to participate.
- Off-campus vendors may request up to聽2 parking permits, which will be emailed by Friday, January 17.
Participants may register for the聽Savannah Browse,聽鈥楤oro Browse, or both events. Groups with multiple functional areas or departments are asked to聽limit their presence to 1鈥�2 tables max.
Participation Guidelines
To ensure a successful and student-focused event, please review the following expectations for all participants:
What You Can Do
- Sell products and services at your booth
- Share promotional materials like flyers, handouts, coupons, brochures, and samples
- Host interactive or fun activities to engage students
- Collect job applications from students (if hiring)
- Bring a聽tent聽(must be self-supporting, no stakes, max 10×10 size)
- Bring water or drinks to stay hydrated
What You Cannot Do
- Sign contracts, collect deposits, or complete applications (except job applications)
- Solicit or accept聽credit card applications
- Display or promote alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or related paraphernalia
- Leave materials unattended鈥擥eorgia Southern is聽not responsible聽for damaged or lost items
- Conduct promotional activities聽outside of the scheduled event timeframe
Table & Setup Information
- Each vendor will receive:
- One 6-foot table
- Two chairs
- Tables are assigned on a聽first-come, first-served basis聽based on registration order
- Displays must remain within 2鈥�3 feet of the table footprint
- Vendor check-in:聽10:00 AM 鈥� 10:50 AM
- Event start time:聽11:00 AM
Important Notes
- Savannah Browse is a聽one-time special event聽hosted by 糖心Vlog.
- Promotional activity is聽only permitted during the event鈥攏ot before or after.
- Tents and displays must be safe, self-contained, and weather-appropriate.
