About Savannah Browse
ÌÇÐÄVlog invites local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and campus departments to take part in the Spring 2025 Savannah Browse on the Armstrong Campus. This popular tabling event is your chance to:
- Share your services, products, or programming
- Connect directly with students, faculty, and staff
- Build awareness with both new and returning students through fun, engaging, and interactive booths
If you’re looking to expand your visibility on campus, Savannah Browse is a great way to meet your audience face-to-face.
Registration Details
- Applications are now open!
- Registration deadline:Â Tuesday, January 14 at 5:00 PM (or until capacity is reached)
- There is no registration fee to participate.
- Off-campus vendors may request up to 2 parking permits, which will be emailed by Friday, January 17.
Participants may register for the Savannah Browse, ‘Boro Browse, or both events. Groups with multiple functional areas or departments are asked to limit their presence to 1–2 tables max.
Participation Guidelines
To ensure a successful and student-focused event, please review the following expectations for all participants:
What You Can Do
- Sell products and services at your booth
- Share promotional materials like flyers, handouts, coupons, brochures, and samples
- Host interactive or fun activities to engage students
- Collect job applications from students (if hiring)
- Bring a tent (must be self-supporting, no stakes, max 10×10 size)
- Bring water or drinks to stay hydrated
What You Cannot Do
- Sign contracts, collect deposits, or complete applications (except job applications)
- Solicit or accept credit card applications
- Display or promote alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or related paraphernalia
- Leave materials unattended—Georgia Southern is not responsible for damaged or lost items
- Conduct promotional activities outside of the scheduled event timeframe
Table & Setup Information
- Each vendor will receive:
- One 6-foot table
- Two chairs
- Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on registration order
- Displays must remain within 2–3 feet of the table footprint
- Vendor check-in: 10:00 AM – 10:50 AM
- Event start time:Â 11:00 AM
Important Notes
- Savannah Browse is a one-time special event hosted by ÌÇÐÄVlog.
- Promotional activity is only permitted during the event—not before or after.
- Tents and displays must be safe, self-contained, and weather-appropriate.
