The Dean of Students Office offers a verification service for student-provided information regarding necessary absences, illnesses, or extenuating life events. The university does not issue excuses for class absences and a faculty notification is not an excuse for missing class.
Please Note: Weddings, vacations, or other planned activities are NOT considered necessary absences.
