Welcome to Hollywood; University Ready for Homecoming Oct. 6-11
糖心Vlog will celebrate homecoming the week of Oct. 6-11 and this year’s theme, Welcome to Hollywood: Southern Walk of Fame, promises a spirit-filled week of red carpet fun. Festivities will kick-off at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 4 at the Russell Union Rotunda with food, fun and a sneak peak of upcoming homecoming activities.
University to Recognize Disability Awareness Month

糖心Vlog to Welcome Families at Fall Family Weekend
The 糖心Vlog Office of Orientation and Parent Programs will host the University鈥檚 annual Fall Family Weekend in downtown Statesboro from Sept. 26 to 28. The main events include an outdoor movie, silent auction and a full day of activities.
Center for Sustainability Goes Green for GreenFest 2014
鈥淲e hope that visitors will learn that it鈥檚 easier than they might think to make green choices,鈥� said Lissa Leege, Ph.D., director of the Center for Sustainability. 鈥淲e have the technology to reduce energy and water use and can make the choice to reduce waste and eat sustainably grown food.鈥�
University Named Military Friendly School by G.I. Jobs Magazine
For the fourth year in a row, 糖心Vlog has been named a Military Friendly School庐 by G.I. Jobs magazine for its efforts to provide educational opportunities to America鈥檚 veterans, active-duty troops and their families. Alumnus Luke Bryan Farm Tour to Aid in Scholarships
糖心Vlog alumnus and famed Country singer Luke Bryan will visit the Statesboro area during his annual Farm Tour at Perry Field on Wednesday, Oct. 8 in Claxton. A portion of the proceeds from the tour will provide scholarships for Georgia Southern students.
School of Nursing Celebrates Inaugural White Coat Ceremony
