This form is for requesting the use of Inflata-Gus. Requests should only be made if you meet the following criteria:

• University Department (Student Organizations are not eligible)
• On-campus event
• Event is between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday, or 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sundays
• The rental fee for Inflata-Gus is $150 per day.
• Please fill out the form completely.
